I am a dual-qualified solicitor (in Hong Kong and England & Wales) with over 8 years’ post qualification experience, and have also passed the China Greater Bay Area (GBA) Legal Professional Qualification Exam pending admission to practise law in nine cities within the GBA in China.
I trained with Clifford Chance in Hong Kong, including a six-month secondment to the firm’s Tokyo office, and qualified into the litigation and dispute resolution practice in Hong Kong, with a focus on general advisory work, trust and family disputes. In 2017, I relocated to Buenos Aires and joined the Asia Pacific desk of Beretta Godoy, supporting cross-border projects and M&A transactions. During the pandemic and beyond, I have worked closely with fintech companies and become a trusted advisor to crypto exchanges, trading and investment firms, DeFi protocols, and blockchain developers.
I now split my time between Hong Kong and Buenos Aires, providing legal support to businesses and individuals both through regulated law practice and in a freelance capacity. I regularly advise and assist clients on commercial contracts, financing and M&A transactions, investment projects, corporate governance & employee matters, dispute resolution strategy, and regulatory compliance.
If you feel I may be of assistance, please feel free to get in touch and discuss. Apart from the usual support you may expect, I am also happy to provide maternity or sabbatical leave cover for your legal personnel. If on-site engagement is required, I hold unrestricted work rights in Hong Kong and Argentina.
